Basis (Santi Method): (1) Partial Exercise: Hands and feet are not linked in movement.(2) Total Body Exercise (External Three Harmonies): Shoulder/Hip, Elbow/Knee, Hand/Foot are coordinated in movement. Spin/Encircle (Turning Method): Turning is performed when one reaches an obstacle, and has the meaning of spinning & encircling. The turning method of the Santi Posture is based on centrifugal & centripetal spiral movement.

    
 
          
 

Deployment of Santi Posture: Santi Posture is a middle posture of static balance. Middle Posture is the fundamental type of stance in martial arts. From this position, movement in all directions is possible. From here, contact results in straight/side spiral formation (cross.)
