Basis (Santi Method): (1) Partial Exercise: Hands and feet are not linked in movement.(2) Total Body Exercise (External Three Harmonies): Shoulder/Hip, Elbow/Knee, Hand/Foot are coordinated in movement. (3) Whole Body Exercise (External Three Harmonies + Internal Three Harmonies): The External Three Harmonies are coordinated with the Internal Three Harmonies, intention, breathing, and movement. Static Santi Posture is to learn the strategic design, entailing tactical concepts of distance and formation. Moving Santi Method is to train Total Body stepping (Pendulum Movement) and martial Basis (Santi Method): Static teaches Formation, and Movement trains the principle of exercise. |

Spin/Encircle (Turning Method): Turning is performed when one reaches an obstacle, and has the meaning of spinning & encircling. The turning method of the Santi Posture is based on centrifugal & centripetal spiral movement. |
