Purpose: Concentrated study of practice of the training process.
Object: Direction, which requires theme-training and alternative study.
Main point: A style is an entrance to a martial art, and a school is but a part of combat. Schools are differentiated by form, and established rules create a style. Urging essential depth-recognition and research of Essence from form recognition, the practice of Evolution enables progress from the pursuit of limitation to the research of possibility.? Essence of Evolution is self-education of mind/body consciousness, based not on imitation or flattery but rather on actual physical proof.

　Thursday: Fluid Body Taiji Quan class (10:00 - 11:30).
　Saturday: EOE Consistent Exercise Method class (13:00 - 14:30).

　Sunday　: Whole Body Xing Yi Quan class (13:00 - 14:30
　　　　　　　　Martial Arts Fighting Process (5 Fighting Steps)?? (16:00-17:00)。

　* Training System: System training by collation of text.
