The program of EOE
The short-term concentration seminar of EOE Master Su Dong-Chen
Purpose: Practice of the process by the concentration lecture.
Object: Direction, which desires theme-training and alternative study.
Main point: The entrance and style of a school of a martial art are a part of battles.
A school is realized with the difference in form and establishment of a rule forms a style. Urging essential depths recognition to research of Essence from form recognition of form, the practice to Evolution enables research of the possibility from pursuit of a limit. Essence of Evolution is self-education of the mind-and-body consciousness based on imitation, or the not a flattery but physical actual proof to a style to a school.

Fluid body Taiji class (44 section - 103 point - 18 lesson)
(1) Direction Taiji : A direction is required for motion. Clear recognition of direction clarifies action and
             consciousness, and brings about free-motion.
(2) Dynamics Taiji : Repetition of form is imitation. Research enables the elucidation of principle. ?The principle of
              motion is the physical fact of dynamics, and transcends the framework of school/style.
(3) Fluid body Taiji : Fluidity is a form of dynamics. It is not the form or formula of a particular school. A school is
              realized through differentiation in form, and continuation of form is the purpose of a martial
              art school. Fluid dynamics is a physical fact; it is not blind obedience to heteronomy of
              school-form or style regulation.

EOE single push hand class:
 (1) Formation of formation (posture):
   The basis of your posture has become what ? (Strategic composition)
 (2) Process of evolution (deployment):

 (4) Basis of posture (position):

   Are the defense system, the blow system, and the control system ready, as for your
    technique ?      (A martial art evolves).

Whole Xingyiquan class:
(1) Essence of Xing Yi Quan : A school is the entrance of a martial art. Xing Yi Quan has about 171,000 Google reference results. Based on this volume of schools and styles, it is clear that pursuit of style-form should give way to research of possibility and essence.
Opening of Xing Yi Quan: The basic posture is the Xing Yi Three-Harmony Posture (San Ti). ?The class examines the originality and construction of the posture, technique, physical proof, tactics, etc.

(2) Tactics of Five Element Fist : The system of Xing Yi Quan contains the "Xing Yi Five Basic Fists" single training methods, and the “Five Elements Multiplication Fist” of the linking method. The single training methods entail the process of technique practice, and its essence, i.e. the unique practice and purpose, is “secret.”? EOE seeks? (1) the elucidation of movement based on the Direction of each single training method (2) examination of technique, (3) whole body exercise based on Stepping Method, (4) the physical basis, i.e. discovery principle through actual physical proof, (5) defense, technique practice, (6) Combat style through the experimentation of striking training, and (7) the study of controlling method, i.e. throwing, grasping, grappling, etc. ?

If general, the Linking Method is recognized as either (1) Repetition of movement, or (2) continuation of combined movements.? It is the choice of the individual to choose “repetitive movement and continuation movement” as the main view, which differs fundamentally from connective motion and multiplication of dynamics, which are developed physically. The difference between repetition/continuation and connection/multiplication is in tactical design, like the difference between mortar rounds and guided missiles.? The linking method of EOE has repeated practice of form, but does not aspire to or attain a standard of shape; rather it is training in the multiplication of dynamics through connection of motion, like the curves of a rollercoaster.? When dynamics are converted with a recombination of motion, an exercise system of variable tactics is realized.

(3) The Basis of 12 Animal Form : The 12 Animal Forms of Xing Yi are its style of animal form. The arts of many ages and countries represent the motion of animals in form and shape.? An Animal Form Style is that which adopts the motion and name of a particular animal.?

The interpretation of form and shape in an Animal Form Style depends on the individual’s degree of recognition; there is a difference between form recognition, which entails repetition of external form and shape, and depth recognition, which searches for the principle of motion and the contents of form. Xing Yi Quan is a Chinese martial art which aims at union of the outside “form” with the internal “mind,” (intention.)

Therefore, it is naturally the case that the Xing Yi 12 animal forms are calculated not merely for repeated practice, but for the practice of intention embodied in form. Thus, each of the animal forms of Xing Yi Quan contains a “point of form” reference; the interpretation of this “point of form” and the degree of practice are connected with depth recognition.

EOE Exercise Method class:
(1) Static Posture -- main movement style: -- Static Exercise includes such disciplines as yoga, chi kung, Zazen meditation in Zen Buddhism, various other meditation forms, martial art postures and stances, etc.? Without a concrete name to describe the common element of these forms, the distances between schools, styles, and practices cannot be surpassed.? Universal naming with a physical basis leads to the elucidation of principle.

This form of movement based on Everyday Motion is a system of movement indispensable to life.? By clarifying the consciousness concept involved, one can discover the law of movement exerted on an object.

(3) Inertia of Dynamics movement style: Pantomime, break-dancing, and various other dance methods are the leading examples of this movement style. Direct-minded thinking in such activities entails following the pattern of the movement form, rendering it difficult to understand different forms and manifestations of this movement style. In progressing from everyday motion to inertial dynamics training, there is the possibility for transfer and amplification of power, and realization of the law of movement.
